Fulham are reportedly planning a £1.8m bid for Valenciennes defender Benjamin Angoua.
The 27-year-old is out of contract in the summer and The Mirror reports that he is keen to leave the Ligue 1 club in order to force his way into the Ivory Coast World Cup squad.
Angoua joined Les Atheniens from Hungarian side Honved three years ago.
Reports also suggest that there is interest from Russia and Turkey, although he would prefer a move to the Premier League.
