Kevin McDonald has said that he "could not be happier" to have signed a new contract that keeps him tied to Fulham until 2020.
The 29-year-old played an integral part in the Cottagers' promotion to the Premier League last season, finishing third in their Player of the Season awards.
McDonald, who has 94 appearances under his belt for the South London outfit since arriving from Wolverhampton Wanderers two years ago, is pleased to have joined teammate Tom Cairney in agreeing fresh terms ahead of the new campaign.
"Obviously I'm delighted. I feel settled here, it's a great place to play, it's got everything needed for a Premier League club, and thankfully that's what we are," he told Fulham's official website.
"Hopefully we can kick on this season, it's been a great couple of years and - having extended my contract - I couldn't be happier."
The deal signed by one-cap Scotland international McDonald on Friday afternoon has the option of a further 12 months.
