Reported Fulham target Zakaria Labyad is in advanced negotiations over a return to PSV Eindhoven, according to sources in Portugal.
The 20-year-old attacking midfielder has struggled since leaving the Philips Stadion for Sporting Lisbon last summer, scoring just three goals in 24 appearances.
According to Portuguese newspaper Record, the Eredivisie outfit are closing in on his signature, despite interest from the Cottagers.
The Moroccan international, who was born in Utrecht and represented the Netherlands at Under-17 level, is expected to complete his move in the January transfer window.
He joined PSV's youth academy in 2004 and made his senior debut as a second-half substitute in a Europa League clash with Hamburger SV in February 2010.
