Mats Hummels has conceded that he is "hurting" after being ruled out of Germany's Euro 2016 semi-final through suspension.
The Bayern Munich centre-back picked up his second yellow card of the competition in Saturday's quarter-final win over Italy and as a result, will be ruled out of Thursday's last-four clash against either France or Iceland.
The 27-year-old, however, has suggested that he is confident of Germany's chances and believes that he will be 'fresh' for the final.
"The second yellow card is hurting, to be suspended because of those two situations. But my body can rest two or three more days," Hummels told reporters.
France will take on Iceland in Sunday night's fourth quarter-final to determine Germany's opposition.
