Gibraltar have confirmed the appointment of Jeff Wood as their new head coach.
The 61-year-old has taken over from interim coach Dave Wilson, who had been in charge of the nation's last three matches following the exit of previous manager Allen Bula.
"This is a fantastic opportunity given that I have been involved with Gibraltarian football in the past," Wood told the Gibraltar FA's official website.
"I know there is a lot of talent and especially hungry talent in Gibraltarian Football and I hope to be able to oversee the development and nurturing of that talent into the national team and make the whole of Europe and the World take Gibraltar seriously given the calibre of player that we constantly produce."
Wood, who spent most of his playing career at Charlton Athletic, has previously managed Championship side Brighton & Hove Albion.
