Go Ahead Eagles vs. AZ (Wednesday, 5.45pm)
Go Ahead Eagles will be looking to continue their positive string of recent results as they host an AZ Alkmaar side that are currently flying in the Eredivisie.
A 2-2 draw against FC Utrecht took Go Ahead Eagles into 10th place in the Eredivisie table, while AZ Alkmaar continued on their quest for the Eredivisie title after securing a 3-1 victory over Fortuna Sittard.
We say: Go Ahead Eagles 1-2 AZ Alkmaar
We believe that history will once again repeat itself and that AZ Alkmaar will come out victorious in this matchup. We feel that Go Ahead Eagles will put up significant resistance, however, AZ Alkmaar will be too strong for the hosts and will subsequently end Go Ahead Eagles' 11-game unbeaten streak.

Vitesse vs. FC Twente (Wednesday, 5.45pm)
Two teams at opposite ends of the Eredivisie table go head to head on Wednesday night, with struggling Vitesse hosting title-chasing FC Twente at the GelreDome.
Vitesse are without a victory in six league games, while Twente are unbeaten in eight, so it is no surprise that Ron Jans's side lead the Arnhem outfit by 19 points in the standings.
We say: Vitesse 0-1 FC Twente
When you couple the contrasting form of these two sides with FC Twente's phenomenal defensive record, all the signs point towards another clean-sheet victory for the Pride of the East.

Sittard vs. Heerenveen (Wednesday, 7.00pm)
Fortuna Sittard will be looking to secure their first win of the calendar year when they host Heerenveen at Fortuna Sittard Stadion on Wednesday night in the Eredivisie.
Sittard are sliding down the league standings after failing to win any of their three matches since returning from the World Cup break, whereas Heerenveen are on the coattails of the European places following victory last week.
We say: Fortuna Sittard 1-2 Heerenveen
Fortuna need a win to ease their relegation fears this season but now come up against a Heerenveen side who have proven to be very difficult customers on the road so far this campaign.
De Superfriezen face two struggling sides in Fortuna and Vitesse before a crucial clash with Utrecht at the start of February, and we suspect Van Wonderen's men will be confident of collecting maximum points from their next pair of fixtures.

Utrecht vs. Excelsior (Wednesday, 8.00pm)
FC Utrecht play host to SBV Excelsior on Wednesday evening looking to keep in close proximity to the top six in the Eredivisie standings.
At a time when the home side sit in eighth position, Excelsior are in 11th place, albeit seven points adrift of their next opponents.
We say: FC Utrecht 1-1 SBV Excelsior
With the visitors being in the better form, they will fancy their chances of collecting another three points on Wednesday. However, Utrecht are a solid team on home territory, leading us to predict a low-scoring draw.

Feyenoord vs. Nijmegen (Wednesday, 8.00pm)
Feyenoord will be looking to strengthen their position at the top of the Eredivisie standings when they play host to NEC on Wednesday.
At a time when Feyenoord sit two points clear in first place, NEC are in ninth spot, despite putting together a five-game unbeaten streak.
We say: Feyenoord 2-0 NEC
With NEC currently one of the form teams in the Eredivisie, they cannot be totally dismissed from causing a surprise versus the leaders. Nevertheless, there is a reason why Feyenoord have only lost one in 17 league matches, and it is a record that we expect them to strengthen on Wednesday.
