Former AC Milan midfielder and Italian World Cup winner Gennaro Gattuso has reportedly put his name in the hat for the managerial vacancy at Hamilton Academical.
The Scottish outfit are searching for a new boss following Alex Neil's departure to Norwich City.
According to BBC Sport, Gattuso, who spent 14 months playing for Rangers in the 1990s, has applied for the position, which is also thought to be wanted by former Celtic striker John Hartson.
Since retiring from the game in 2012, Gattuso has had brief coaching stints at FC Sion, Palermo and OFI Crete.
