Hearts have released a statement announcing that they have settled an outstanding tax bill that threatened to put them out of business.
A winding-up petition was issued to the Scottish Premier League side on February 7, with HMRC giving them eight days to pay.
"Heart of Midlothian FC today announces that the outstanding amount due to HMRC in relation to the recent winding up notice has been paid in full," said a statement on the club's website.
The news comes on the same day that fellow SPL side Rangers went into administration.
