Robbie Neilson has insisted that Hearts will not challenge for the Scottish Premiership title this season.
The Jambos maintained their 100% record, and won their fifth game in a row, by beating Partick Thistle 3-0 on Saturday.
"We're still miles away from being title contenders. We are, let's be honest. We're only a few games into the season. We've still got a long way to go," Neilson told BBC Sport.
"We are taking it day-by-day, game-by-game and that is what we will do for the whole season no matter where we are, whether we are sitting at the top of the league or whether we are sitting mid-table."
Hearts returned to the Scottish Premiership at the first attempt by winning the Scottish Championship last season.
