Huddersfield Town have reportedly ended their interest in Leicester City's Lee Peltier after failing to meet the defender's asking price.
BBC Radio Leeds understands that the Terriers are unwilling to meet the £850,000 asking price.
Earlier this month, it was revealed by Peltier's agent that Huddersfield had bid £600,000 for the player.
Peltier left Huddersfield to join Leicester in 2011, but despite making 40 league appearances last season, he appears to have fallen out of favour with the Leicester management.
