David Beckham's new MLS side Inter Miami have announced Argentine duo Matias Pellegrini and Julian Carranza as its first two signings since forming as a club last year.
The former Manchester United and England midfielder, who spent five years in the MLS with Los Angeles Galaxy, commenced work on founding an expansion side in 2014 soon after his retirement.
Last year, it was confirmed that the Miami Beckham United group had officially been awarded the 25th MLS franchise and would join the division for the 2020 season.
Inter Miami confirmed earlier this week that the club had made an important step in its development by securing its first pair of signings.
Pellegrini, who broke into the Estudiantes first team during the 2018-19 season, will return to his parent club on loan until January 2020.
Carranza has spent the last two years playing an important role in Banfield's senior side, scoring eight goals in 29 league appearances, and will also return to Argentina on loan.
