Ipswich Town have won both the Manager and Player of the Month for September in the Championship, with Mick McCarthy named top boss and Tyrone Mings the best player.
McCarthy guided the Tractor Boys to 13 out of a possible 15 points as they climbed into the top six of the division.
The other nominees were Aitor Karanka of Middlesbrough, Derby County's Steve McClaren and Charlton Athletic's Bob Peeters.
Mings lands the player award after an impressive month at left-back for the Blues.
After a substantial bid was turned down from Crystal Palace at the end of the transfer window, Mings proved his worth with assists in the wins over Brighton & Hove Albion and Wigan Athletic, as well performing solidly at the back.
Norwich City striker Cameron Jerome, Joe Lewis of Blackpool and Blackburn Rovers midfielder Ben Marshall were the other players shortlisted.
Ipswich Town Managing Director Ian Milne collected the awards on behalf of both McCarthy and Mings.
