Israel has been barred from hosting Champions League and Europa League matches due to the ongoing conflict in the Middle Eastern country.
UEFA has ruled that Israeli clubs Maccabi Tel Aviv, Hapoel Tel Aviv and Hapoel Be'er Sheva must find venues in alternative countries to host their European matches.
The governing body has also ruled that teams from Russia and the Ukraine must not be drawn against each other due to the hostilities between the two countries.
However, matches may take place in Ukrainian cities.
"Based on an updated assessment of the security situation in Ukraine, the UEFA Emergency Panel has decided to allow UEFA club competition matches to be played in Dnipropetrovsk and Odesa, in addition to Kyiv and Lviv," said UEFA in a statement.
"This concerns FC Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk and FC Chornomorets Odesa, entering the third qualifying round of the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League, respectively."
The move means that Russian outfit Zenit St Petersburg and Dnipro of Ukraine will not be drawn against each other in the Champions League third qualifying-round draw on July 18.
