New York City FC midfielder Andrea Pirlo has been included in the Italy squad for their upcoming Euro 2016 qualifiers against Bulgaria and Malta.
The 36-year-old moved to the American club from Juventus last month and joins fellow MLS star Sebastian Giovinco in manager Antonio Conte's squad.
There are also places for Southampton striker Graziano Pelle and Manchester United defender Matteo Darmian.
However, Mario Balotelli has been left out of the squad once again, despite his recent loan move to AC Milan from Liverpool.
