The president of the Italian Football Federation has revealed that Antonio Conte has been left "shaken" after receiving death threats.
The coach of Italy's national side has been involved in a row with Juventus after Claudio Marchisio sustained a knee ligament injury in training while on international duty.
Carlo Tavecchio told Rai Sport: "I saw him [and he was] shaken. After the controversy [with Juventus] he received death threats on the internet. He feels vilified for responsibilities that are not his fault. The FIGC stands by him."
Despite the threats, Conte will be in the dugout for Italy's Euro 2016 qualifier against Bulgaria later today.
