Kilmarnock manager Allan Johnston has described today's 2-1 victory over Partick Thistle as a "massive result".
Veteran striker Kris Boyd netted Killie's winner in the second half after Kris Doolan had cancelled out Chris Johnston's opener to secure maximum points for the hosts.
"It was a massive result for us today. We weren't at our best so it's pleasing to not play that well but still get three points," BBC Sport quotes Johnston as saying.
"The fans have stuck by us and it's up to us to kick on now."
The result moves Killie above Partick in the Scottish Premiership, although the latter have a game in hand.
