Los Angeles Galaxy striker Robbie Keane has signed a new contract with the MLS club.
The Irishman, who has scored 55 goals in 91 games, is in his fifth campaign in the US, and the news of an extension comes after he was named the league's MVP on the way to MLS Cup success with the Galaxy.
"We're very pleased Robbie will continue to be a member of the Galaxy in the coming years," head coach and general manager Bruce Arena told the club's official website.
"He has been one of the key pieces in our success over the past five seasons. We look forward to even more success with Robbie as a member of our team."
The Galaxy have not confirmed the length of the new contract.
