Former Arsenal and Manchester City midfielder Samir Nasri has reportedly emerged as a transfer target for La Liga club Las Palmas.
The France international is currently a free agent after his contract with Turkish club Antalyaspor was terminated in January.
Nasri was linked with a return to the Premier League during the winter transfer window but a purported move to West Ham United did not materialise.
According to La Provincia, a local news outlet in Las Palmas, the Spanish side are ready to offer the 30-year-old a contract.
The report claims that Los Amarillos have been granted permission by both La Liga and the Spanish FA to sign a free agent outside the transfer window following Jonathan Viera's departure to Beijing Guoan earlier this month.
Nasri has experience in the Spanish top flight, having spent the majority of the 2016-17 season on loan at Sevilla.
