Leicester City reportedly expect to have Kelechi Iheanacho in their squad for Saturday's trip to Brighton & Hove Albion, despite the striker breaking his hand on international duty.
Iheanacho fractured the first metacarpal in his right hand ahead of Nigeria's meeting with Serbia on Tuesday evening, which he was forced to sit out.
Sky Sports News reports that the former Manchester City ace will likely be available for selection come next weekend, though, with a scan pencilled in for Thursday.
Nigeria lost 2-0 to Serbia in London, four days on from edging out Poland 1-0 - Iheanacho playing 82 minutes in that one.
The 21-year-old has scored six goals in 22 appearances for Leicester this term, including four goals in four FA Cup starts.
