Claudio Ranieri is "unhappy" with his Leicester City players after seeing them put in another abject display in Sunday's 2-1 home defeat to West Bromwich Albion.

Leicester City manager Claudio Ranieri has admitted that he is baffled by his side's inability to find a run of consistent form in the Premier League.

The Foxes still have yet to win back-to-back games this campaign and slipped to a surprise 2-1 defeat to West Bromwich Albion on Sunday afternoon to see their impressive home run disappear.

Ranieri believes that his side's latest setback in their bid to retain their top-flight crown was largely down to fatigue, having travelled to Copenhagen in midweek in the Champions League, but says that it is not time to start panicking.

"We tried to do our match; the first half wasn't so good, the second was better," he told Sky Sports News. "Today it wasn't so easy, we maybe played too much in Champions League.

"The first time not fluid, very tough. It is strange for us. We have to speak to find solution together. I am unhappy because we lost our home record. We have to stay together as we did last season when everything was right."

Leicester are 14th in the table after 11 games, 14 points off leaders Liverpool and just two above the relegation zone.
