Leicester City defender Paul Konchesky has seen his red card against Aston Villa overturned on appeal.
The full-back was facing a three-match ban after he was dismissed for scuffling with Alan Hutton during the Foxes' 2-1 defeat at Villa Park on Sunday.
Referee Craig Pawson claimed in his report that Konchesky was guilty of violent conduct.
However, the 33-year-old is now available for Leicester's clash at home to Manchester City in the Premier League on Saturday.
Konchesky has made 15 appearances in all competitions for Nigel Pearson's side this season.
