Leicester City defender Wes Morgan has praised his team for thrashing nine-man Newcastle United 3-0 to edge further away from the drop zone, but insists that their work "isn't done yet".
Goals from Leonardo Ulloa and Morgan helped Leicester into a 2-0 half-time lead at the King Power Stadium, before the Argentine converted a penalty not long after the restart to kill off the contest.
Morgan told BT Sport: "It was a big performance. We came out of the blocks firing and the early goal put us in the driving seat.
"But our work isn't done yet. There's still games remaining. We've got points but we probably need another win to be certain.
We ignored [Nigel Pearson's spat with a journalist] and concentrated on our jobs. We wanted the three points badly."
The Foxes, who have won five of their last six league games, now find themselves four points clear of the relegation zone.
