Leicester City forward Islam Slimani has completed his move to Fenerbahce on a season-long loan deal.
The 30-year-old joined the Foxes for £30m in August 2016 but struggled to hold down a regular starting place at the King Power Stadium and spent the second half of last season on loan at Newcastle United.
Leicester had been willing to sell Slimani on a permanent basis this summer and were holding out for a bid of around £18m in order to recoup as much of their original outlay as possible.
However, the Algeria international has now secured a temporary switch to Fenerbahce, with the Turkish club confirming that he will spend 'at least a year' with them.
Slimani has scored 12 goals in 47 matches across all competitions for Leicester.
