Leicester City have completed a deal to bring Atalanta BC defender Yohan Benalouane to the club on a four-year deal.
The 28-year-old arrives at the King Power Stadium for an undisclosed fee, following in the steps of N'Golo Kante who joined earlier today.
Benalouane, who will wear the number 29 shirt this coming season, still requires international clearance and Premier League and FA approval before he can feature for the Foxes.
Speaking prior to finalising his switch, the centre-back claimed that he did not want to leave the Italian outfit.
"I left the training camp in tears on Friday, because I really care for everyone," he told the Bergamo Post. "I send a huge embrace to all my teammates and fans. I didn't want to leave Atalanta and would gladly have stayed."
Former France Under-21s international Benalouane is thought to have set Leicester back around £5.6m.
