Leicester City have reportedly begun talks with Gokhan Inler's representatives regarding the midfielder's future at the King Power Stadium.
The 31-year-old picked up a Premier League winners' medal after making just five appearances in the top flight last season.
Inler's lack of playing time resulted in him being dropped from Switzerland's Euro 2016 squad, despite captaining the team during the qualification stage.
According to Sky Sports News, Leicester have spoken to Inler's agent Dino Lamberti, but no decision has been made yet regarding the midfielder's position at the club.
The Swiss player joined the club last year from Napoli.
