Former Tranmere Rovers defender Zoumana Bakayago has joined Leicester City on a free transfer.
The former Paris Saint-Germain trainee left Prenton Park earlier this summer after four years at the club, and the full-back has admitted that he is looking forward to the challenge of playing in the Championship.
The 26-year-old told the club's official website: "This is a big club and a big challenge for me, stepping up into the Championship.
"I've taken the chance, I hope to have a good season this year and do well for the team.
"The Championship is a new league for me so I will have to work hard to catch up to the pace, but I'm looking forward to working with everyone,"
Bakayogo becomes Leicester's first signing of the summer.
