Midfielder Vicente Iborra has joined Villarreal from Premier League club Leicester for an undisclosed fee.
The 30-year-old Spaniard joined Leicester from Sevilla in the summer of 2017 and made 37 appearances for the Foxes.
Iborra has agreed a four-and-half-year contract with Villarreal which ties him to the LaLiga club until June 2023.
A statement on the Villarreal website read: "Iborra is an experienced midfielder who is dominant in the air. He has quality in front of goal, timing his runs from deep to perfection. He is a prestigious signing for the Yellow Submarine."
Iborra found himself on the fringes of Claude Puel's team this season, starting just three Premier League matches, but did feature in their Carabao Cup ties, scoring in the 4-0 victory over Fleetwood.
Leicester said in a statement: "The football club would like to thank Vicente for his contribution over the past two seasons and wish him and his family the very best in the future."
