Leyton Orient boss Ian Hendon has won the Manager of the Month award in League Two for August.
The O's have won all five of their matches this season, giving them a three-point lead at the top of the table.
Orient have average nearly 2.5 goals per game so far, while they have conceded just three times at the other end of the pitch.
"I am delighted to pick up this award, but really it is an award for the team and we wouldn't have achieved this without the hard work of everyone at the club," said Hendon. "Everyone is on board and the support we have received is fantastic.
"While we are fully aware of the good start we have made, it is only a start and we are five games into a 46-game season. It is now my job to try and maintain that good start over the course of the campaign."
Gareth Ainsworth, Paul Cook and Derek Adams also found their names on the shortlist for the award when it was announced on Tuesday.
