Rene Girard has told Lille to learn from their mistakes ahead of their Coupe de France clash with Iris Club de Croix tonight.
Les Dogues have lost back-to-back Ligue 1 matches - 2-1 to Reims and 2-0 at Saint-Etienne - heading into their trip to minnows Iris in the round of 32.
"At the Stade Geoffroy-Guichard we played well for an hour but after conceding the first goal we folded," Girard told reporters.
"If we want to be ambitious, then we must be more rigorous and disciplined than we have been in the two losses we've just suffered. The main thing is to be conscious of what's happened and take the lessons from it.
"At the moment I'd say we're missing that fighting spirit and will to win that was our strength in the first half of the season. We've talked about it and we need to get back to what we were doing not all that long ago."
The match get underway at 6.30pm.
