Lille have agreed a fee for Troyes right-back Djibril Sidibe.
The 19-year-old has also been on Lyon's radar in recent weeks, but it now seems as though Les Dogues have now won the race for his signature.
Sidibe, who has made seven appearances for the French Under-20 side, helped the club in their bid for promotion into Ligue 1 last season.
A statement on Troyes' official website read: "L'ESTAC and Lille have reached an agreement for the transfer of Djibril Sidibe.
"The young right-back also interested Lyon, but president [Daniel] Masoni has completed negotiations with LOSC, with the player having expressed a preference for Lille.
"Everyone at Troyes send their best wishes to Djibril for continued success for the remainder of his career."
The deal may now pave the way for Mathieu Debuchy's move away from the Stade Lille-Metropole.
