England manager Roy Hodgson is reportedly planning to hand Andy Carroll a start in the Euro 2012 clash against Sweden.
The Mirror claims that the Liverpool forward will lead the attack alongside Danny Welbeck in the vital group match.
Hodgson is expected to make several changes following Monday's 1-1 draw with France, with Ashley Young likely to move to the left flank and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain dropping to the subs bench.
Sweden, who have an impressive record against the Three Lions to maintain, have proven to be vulnerable to headed goals, and Hodgson is hoping to take advantage of Carroll's aerial threat.
France take on co-hosts the Ukraine in tomorrow's other Group D match.
