Adam Lallana has stepped up his return to the Liverpool first team by featuring for the Under-23s against Tottenham Hotspur this evening.
The midfielder has struggled with injuries this season having made just seven appearances in all competitions so far.
Manager Jurgen Klopp was without the England international for the first four months of the campaign, and has only been able to use the 29-year-old sporadically due to injury setbacks.
Tonight, Lallana will get some much-needed minutes under his belt as he lines up for the Under-23s, alongside Danny Ings and Dominic Solanke.
The midfielder has started just one Premier League game this season, but is yet to play a full 90 minutes.
