Sports Mole rounds up the latest transfer talk for Liverpool on Monday, November 16.

The summer transfer window has now closed and attention will begin to turn to January for Premier League champions Liverpool.

Jurgen Klopp's side brought in Thiago Alcantara, Diogo Jota and Kostas Tsimikas during the summer, making for one of their busier transfer windows in the last couple of years.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up the latest news on possible comings and goings from Anfield.

Monday morning's Liverpool transfer talk news roundup:

Liverpool, Manchester United, Arsenal 'suffer blow in Nicolo Barella pursuit'

Inter Milan have reportedly signalled that midfielder Nicolo Barella is not for sale at any price.

The 23-year-old, who moved to San Siro on a permanent deal over the summer after spending last season on loan from Cagliari, has provided four assists in 10 appearances for Antonio Conte's side this term.

Liverpool, Manchester United and Arsenal have all been credited with an interest in the Italy international, but according to Calciomercato, Inter are not prepared to sell him under any circumstances.

The report claims that the midfielder is one of three players at the club - the other two being Stefan de Vrij and Romelu Lukaku - not available for transfer.

Barella signed a four-year contract with Inter in September, but it is thought that the Italian giants are keen to tie him to another new deal to reflect his importance to the side.

Barcelona are also believed to be admirers of the former Cagliari youngster.

Everton 'preparing to rival Liverpool for Bremer'

Everton are reportedly ready to rival Liverpool for the signature of Torino's Bremer.

The Premier League champions have allegedly identified the 23-year-old as a possible January signing, having lost both Virgil van Dijk and Joe Gomez to long-term knee injuries.

Liverpool are expected to move for a new centre-back at the start of 2021, with Bremer seemingly fitting the bill, having made a strong start to the 2020-21 campaign with his Italian club.

However, according to the Liverpool Echo, Everton are also interested in the Brazilian, who has a contract with Torino until the summer of 2023.

Toffees boss Carlo Ancelotti has been critical of his team's defending in recent weeks and is allegedly keen to add a new player in that area of the field during the January transfer window.

Bremer has made 48 appearances for his current side since arriving from Atletico Mineiro in 2018.
