Liverpool defender Daniel Agger suffered a suspected broken rib in Sunday's Carling Cup final win over Cardiff City, according to manager Kenny Dalglish.
The 27-year-old was replaced by Jamie Carragher in the 87th minute of the dramatic victory at Wembley Stadium.
"I think Daniel has broken his rib," Dalglish told reporters.
The Dane will have the injury assessed at the club's Melwood training ground later this week.
