Winger Oussama Assaidi has revealed that he has no intention of remaining at Stoke City at the end of his year-long loan spell at the Britannia Stadium.
Assaidi left Liverpool to move to the Potters during the summer, and although the Moroccan has performed solidly for Stoke, he has admitted that he plans to return to Anfield at the end of the season.
The 25-year-old told The Sentinel: "It was a frustrating season at Liverpool last year. I played in the Europa League, and no-one can say that I didn't do well, but I don't think that I really got a fair run in the team.
"Now I'm here and I feel that I've played very well so far. In the beginning, it was hard because I hadn't played for a long time. I needed match time, and I will get better and better.
"I am here for a year, and after that, I have two more years on my contract at Liverpool. I want to go back. I enjoy it there. It's a very big club."
Assaidi has scored once in six matches for Stoke this season.
