Liverpool defender Nathaniel Clyne has stated that Liverpool can still qualify for next season's Champions League.
The 24-year-old full-back feels that Brendan Rodgers's side, who sit in 13th position in the Premier League, have not been getting the results their performances deserve.
"No-one is panicking. We have just been unlucky with the results over the last couple of weeks. When we played Norwich last Sunday, the performance was there. We had 23 shots on goal. We absolutely mullered them," Clyne told The Mirror.
"The football is there and the goals will come. That's why I still believe we can contend for fourth spot.
"There is a lot of quality in our squad. It is still very early in the season and there are a lot of points to play for."
Liverpool play Tim Sherwood's Aston Villa at Anfield on Saturday.
