Stoke City right-back Glen Johnson has tipped Philippe Coutinho to become one of the best players in the world, after his goal gave Liverpool victory at the Potters.
Coutinho scored a late goal from 25 yards to earn the Reds three points and Johnson, who played alongside him before moving to Stoke, says that he warned his teammates of the Brazilian's ability.
He is quoted as saying by Sky Sports News: "In the week building up to it I was telling them, he's the one. For me, he will be one of the best in the world.
"He's one of the nicest boys in the dressing room as well and he's the sort of player you need when you're in the last 10 minutes when your back is against the wall, he can produce pieces of magic like that."
The win was Liverpool's second victory in three seasons at the Britannia Stadium.
