Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe has insisted that his team do not fear taking on Liverpool in this Sunday's Premier League match at the Vitality Stadium.
The 39-year-old believes that counterpart Jurgen Klopp has transformed the Reds into title challengers this season.
The Merseyside outfit currently sit second in the league table, one point adrift of leaders Chelsea after winning nine, drawing three and losing once so far this season.
Bournemouth are 15 points behind this weekend's opponents in 12th place and have earned just one victory in their last four top-flight fixtures.
"For me, Liverpool are genuine title contenders. They've shown this season what a good side they are and we'll have to be at our best," Howe told reporters in Friday's press conference.
"We don't look at the stats and worry. They're a good team, but we're going into the game aiming to win it. We have no fear. We're at home and we're always competitive here.
"We'll give it a really good go and there's no reason why we can't get a result."
In the last league meeting between the two clubs on the south coast, the Cherries scored through Joshua King, but it turned out to be a consolation goal as Liverpool won 2-1.
