Liverpool coach Kevin Keen has revealed that Craig Bellamy is a dominant figure at Melwood and has all the attributes of a future manager.
The 32-year-old, who joined the Reds on a two-year contract in August, has not cemented a regular spot in Kenny Dalglish's side but Keen says that the former Manchester City forward tries to push his teammates in training.
"I think he has been a really good addition for us," Keen told the club's official website. "He is really good around the training ground. He's not scared to dig people out if they're not doing things properly.
"He and Carra are similar in that respect - if people are not taking the training right, it might be that I'm about to tell them to change, but they'll step in as senior players and say, 'Come on, you can do better than that' which is really refreshing. It's nice to have those sort of people around."
The Merseyside club travel to Stamford Bridge to face Chelsea on Sunday.
