Liverpool star Adam Lallana has claimed that manager Jurgen Klopp has an "aura" that attracts players' attention.
The German coach, who took over from Brendan Rodgers in October last year, has guided the team to third in the Premier League table after nine games.
The Reds are level on points with Manchester City and Arsenal, who sit first and second respectively, and they are unbeaten in their last 10 games in all competitions.
Last season, Klopp took the Merseyside outfit to two cup finals - the League Cup and the Europa League - but they were unable to get over the line to take home silverware.
In an interview with Sport Magazine, Lallana said of his manager: "He's got a lot of charisma. There's a definite aura about him. Whether that's his presence in a room, or on the training pitch - there's just something about him.
"I've worked with a few managers like that, and it's a great thing for them to possess because they don't need to work hard to gain people's attention. When you need a whole squad working for you, it's a big asset to have."
Liverpool's next game is away to Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park on Saturday.
