UEFA will not take any action against Liverpool with regards to breaking Financial Fair Play rules, while Hull City have agreed to pay a settlement of £145,000 in relation to a similar breach.
The Club Financial Control Body opened an investigation against the two clubs, with Liverpool having posted a loss of £49.8m for the 2012-13 season, when they were not in European competition.
In the 10-month period before that, the Reds posted a drop of £40.5m, but it is believed that a large portion of the figures are deemed allowable as stadium expenditure.
As for Hull, they have been found in breach of the guidelines and have agreed a settlement with UEFA in the form of a fine.
Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain were both fined £49m by the European governing body for failing to run within the rules.
