Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has hailed the class and professionalism of teammate Philippe Coutinho following Liverpool's 4-0 win at Bournemouth on Sunday.
The Brazilian opened the scoring as the Reds beat the Cherries at the Vitality Stadium, with Mohamed Salah, Roberto Firmino and Dejan Lovren also on the scoresheet.
Coutinho's future at Anfield remains in doubt, with Barcelona reportedly still keeping tabs on the attacking midfielder after pursuing him in the summer.
However, Oxlade-Chamberlain was eager to praise his colleague for always "giving his all" when sporting the Liverpool shirt.
"We know Philippe Coutinho can come up with magic, and the boys at the back did well as well," the former Arsenal midfielder told Sky Sports News after the game.
"Phil's been the most professional player all season, he always gives his all, and that's all we can ask of him."
Coutinho has scored 52 goals in 198 appearances for Liverpool since his 2013 move from Inter Milan.
