Crystal Palace manager Alan Pardew has claimed that his players will try to put Liverpool under pressure when they face Jurgen Klopp's side at Anfield on Sunday.
The Eagles managed to earn a 3-1 win over the Reds on Merseyside last season, but they face a side who have not been beaten in six league games.
Since Klopp took over, Liverpool have recorded three draws and three victories, and it is a quick turnaround for the club as they travelled back from Russia yesterday after sealing a 1-0 win over Rubin Kazan in the Europa League.
"Liverpool had a long trip to Russia last night," Pardew said in today's press conference. "We need to put them under pressure on Sunday.
"I think Christian Benteke's a terrific player. He's a different kind of threat to what they've had before and a great signing, I think. I thought that squad at the start of the year was a top four squad, and my mind hasn't changed."
Palace are currently 10th in the table, one point behind Liverpool.
