Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers has dismissed talk of Alberto Moreno and Lazar Markovic leaving the club.
Moreno has slipped below Joe Gomez in the pecking order at Anfield following the teenager's arrival from Charlton Athletic during the summer, while Markovic was absent from the squad that beat Stoke City 1-0 last Sunday.
However, Rodgers has told the pair that they will get their chance at some point this season.
The Reds boss told reporters: "Both players are very talented, clearly it's why they've come to here.
"Maybe for the first time in their football careers, especially being so young, they maybe find themselves not being a regular.
"They know very well with the conversations we've had that it's a long season, a tough season and they'll certainly be needed."
Liverpool continue their domestic campaign with a visit from Bournemouth on Monday.
