Brendan Rodgers has submitted new plans to Liverpool's owners detailing how he wants to take the club forward.
The former Swansea boss presented a 180-page dossier to the Reds' owners as the Merseyclub club look to bounce back from a disappointing Premier League position of eighth last season.
"The vision is simple - to win the most trophies we can," said the 39-year-old.
"That's the bigger picture. The second is to play attacking, attractive football, and the third is to bring through as many of the young players as we possibly can."
Liverpool start their new Premier League season away to West Bromwich Albion on August 18.
