Cardiff City manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has labelled Liverpool striker Luis Suarez as a "warrior" after the Uruguayan scored a hat-trick against the Bluebirds.
The Reds twice came from a goal down to beat the Welsh side 6-3, and the Norwegian boss was full of praise for the forward, who has now scored 28 goals this season.
He told reporters after the game: "Suarez is a top, top striker, he is a warrior and an optimist.
"In the first half we had them exactly where they wanted them. The third goal was the vital one. Goals change games."
The Cardiff boss was also unhappy with the manner of Liverpool's third goal that was scored with two of the home side's players off the pitch as they received treatment for injuries.
"I don't want to sound like a grumpy old man, but that needs to be looked at," he added.
The defeat leaves Cardiff in 19th in the Premier League.
