Liverpool star Raheem Sterling has insisted that the team's hard work is responsible for the club's Premier League title charge this season.
The Merseyside outfit are currently at the top of the league table with six games left to play.
Brendan Rodgers's side moved to first place with a two-point lead following Sunday's 4-0 rout over Tottenham Hotspur.
"The most important thing is the way we're working for each other," Sterling told the club's official website. "We're not just running headlessly, we're working as a unit and really perfecting that.
"We're putting teams on the back foot and then pressing really hard to counter-attack them. The boys are working really hard, day in and day out in training - you can see it paying off on the pitch."
The Reds will travel to Upton Park to take on West Ham United this Saturday.
