Liverpool striker Luis Suarez has said that he has returned to the side with a "calmer" approach following his 10-match suspension.
The Uruguayan, who was given the ban after biting Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic in a 2-2 draw at Anfield back in April, made his return to competitive action last month in a League Cup defeat to Manchester United.
"I am aware that in recent matches that I played I've been calmer," Suarez told El Pais while on international duty with La Celeste.
"I am very self-critical and I realised that playing well, with more tranquility, is helping me a lot. I prefer to continue like that and not be the same as before.
"I was very happy to be able to play with the national team and now that I have returned for Liverpool it's an extra joy."
Suarez has scored three goals since he returned to Premier League action against Sunderland on September 29.
