Liverpool defender Andre Wisdom has been selected as one of the four nominees for November's Championship Player of the Month because of his performances on loan at Derby County.
The 20-year-old full-back is joined by Lloyd Dyer of Leicester City, Brighton & Hove Albion keeper Tomasz Kuszczak and Ross McCormack of Leeds United.
There may have been off-pitch problems for Wisdom, but he was an important part of a Derby defence that conceded just two goals in November as the Rams recovered from defeat at Queens Park Rangers to win the next three games of the month against Sheffield Wednesday, Bournemouth and Wigan Athletic.
Leicester have charged to the top of the table and many Foxes fans would highlight left-sider Dyer as their star player of late.
His pace worries all those that he faces and in November he scored at the start and end of the month in 3-0 victories over Watford and Millwall.
Former Manchester United keeper Kuszczak has been in fine form between the sticks for a resurgent Brighton.
The Seagulls conceded just two goals in an unbeaten November of three wins and a draw. The goal that Kuszczak did concede as Brighton's run of wins came to an end at Bournemouth was an unstoppable free-kick strike.
The Championship's top scorer completes the nominees and what a month it was for Leeds frontman McCormack.
Like Brighton, Brian McDermott's side started the month with three straight victories and in those games McCormack scored seven of Leeds's eight goals, including a clinical four strikes in the away victory at Charlton.
He is one goal clear at the top of the scoring charts with 12 this season.
