The effects of a coronavirus outbreak within the club continue to linger for Tottenham Hotspur, who could still be without as many as six first-team players for Sunday's Premier League game against Liverpool.
Son Heung-min is expected to miss out as one of the players affected, while Oliver Skipp and Dane Scarlett are also understood to be ruled out due to the virus.
Lucas Moura, Emerson Royal and Bryan Gil have tested positive too, although they will be assessed in the buildup to kickoff and have not yet been ruled out of recovering in time for Sunday's match.
Cristian Romero will not feature again this year due to injury, but there is better news for Antonio Conte when it comes to the fitness of Sergio Reguilon and Giovani Lo Celso.
Both players should be back in contention this week, and could come straight back into the starting XI for Tottenham's first outing in two weeks.
Harry Kane will be hoping more than anyone that the enforced break brings with it some better fortune in front of goal, with the England skipper still stuck on just one Premier League goal this season.
Kane has not found the back of the net in the top flight for more than two months and has just one goal in his last six games against Liverpool, but he will lead the line again this weekend - most likely alongside Steven Bergwijn with Son absent.
Tanguy Ndombele is also pushing for a recall in midfield, but Dele Alli is likely to have to settle for a place on the bench again amid reports that he is free to leave the club in January.
Tottenham Hotspur possible starting lineup: Lloris; Sanchez, Dier, Davies; Tanganga, Ndombele, Hojbjerg, Reguilon; Lo Celso; Kane, Bergwijn
